🇩🇪  AGBs UND BUCHUNGSBEDINGUNGEN

Eine Anmeldung zu unserer Tanzreise ist in jedem Falle verbindlich.

Die unten stehenden Bestimmungen sind Teil des zwischen Ihnen und der Tanzschule Habaneando zu Stande kommenden Vertrages zur Teilnahme an einer der ausgeschriebenen Tanzreisen. Bitte lesen Sie die Reisebedingungen vor Ihrer Buchung sorgfältig durch.

Reservierung und Buchung

Mit der Buchung (Anmeldung) bucht der Kunde verbindlich gegenüber der Tanzschule Habaneando die ausgewählte Reise. Die Buchung kann schriftlich oder auf elektronischem Weg (per Online-Anmeldeformular) erfolgen.

Bei sämtlichen Buchungen bestätigt die Tanzschule Habaneando den Eingang der Buchung unverzüglich auf elektronischem Weg. Diese Eingangsbestätigung stellt noch keine Buchungsbestätigung dar. Der Vertrag zwischen der Tanzschule Habaneando und dem Kunden kommt automatisch mit dem Zugang einer Buchungsbestätigung zustande.

Diese sendet die Tanzschule Habaneando dem Kunden elektronisch per E-Mail oder per Briefpost zu.

Zahlung

Mit Erhalt der Buchungsbestätigung durch die Tanzschule Habaneando wird die Anzahlung von 20 % innerhalb von 10 Tagen fällig. Der Rest des Buchungsbetrags ist 35 Tage vor Reisebeginn fällig. Alle Zahlungen erfolgen per Überweisung auf das Bankkonto der Tanzschule Habaneando. Bei Buchung nach Ablauf der Anmeldefrist wird der komplette Buchungsbetrag innerhalb von sieben Tagen zur Zahlung fällig, damit die Teilnahme garantiert werden kann. Es besteht keinerlei Anspruch auf Reiseleistungen oder Aushändigung von Reiseunterlagen ohne vollständige Bezahlung des Buchungspreises. Leistet der Kunde die Zahlung nicht entsprechend der obigen Bedingungen, so ist die Tanzschule Habaneando berechtigt, vom Reisevertrag ohne Mahnung oder anderweitiger Korrespondenzen zurückzutreten und/oder den Kunden mit Rücktrittskosten zu belasten.

Rücktritt durch den Kunden vor Reisebeginn/Stornokosten

Der Kunde kann jederzeit vor Reisebeginn von der Reisebuchung zurücktreten. Der Rücktritt ist dem Reiseorganisator schriftlich, unter der in diesen Bedingungen angegebenen Anschrift, mitzuteilen. Tritt der Kunde vor Reisebeginn zurück oder tritt er die Reise nicht an, so treten die untenstehenden zeitlich gestaffelten Stornokosten in Kraft. Die Rückerstattung berechnet sich auf Basis des Datums des Eingangs der Stornierung/Rücktrittserklärung des Kunden (Eingang bei der Tanzschule Habaneando) und berechnet sich wie folgt:

Stornokosten bis 30 Tage vor Reisebeginn = 30 % des Buchungsbetrages

Stornokosten ab 30 Tage vor Reisebeginn = 60 % des Buchungsbetrages

Stornokosten ab 10 Tage vor Reisebeginn = 100 % des Buchungsbetrages

Kundengeldabsicherung

Dem Kunden wird der Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittskostenversicherung sowie einer Versicherung zur Deckung der Rückführungskosten bei Unfall oder Krankheit dringend empfohlen. Kommt die Reise aus Gründen höherer Gewalt nicht zustande, beschränkt sich der Erstattungsanspruch des Teilnehmers auf den gezahlten Buchungspreis. Weitere Forderungen sind nicht zulässig.

Umbuchungen

Nach Vertragsabschluss besteht kein Anspruch des Kunden auf Änderungen der Reise (Umbuchung).

Nicht in Anspruch genommene Leistung

Nimmt der Kunde einzelne Reiseleistungen nicht in Anspruch hat er keinen Anspruch auf anteilige Erstattung der Buchungskosten.

Reisedokumente (Pass/ID)

Der Kunde ist verantwortlich für seine Anreise. Fällige Stornokosten, aus Gründen nicht erfolgter oder verspäteter Anreise gehen, komplett zu seinen Lasten.

🇬🇧 Terms and Conditions for Booking

Registration for our dance trip is binding in every case.

The following provisions are part of the contract concluded between you and the Habaneando Dance School for participation in one of the advertised dance trips. Please carefully read the travel conditions before booking.

Reservation and Booking

With the booking (registration), the customer binds themselves to the selected trip with the Habaneando Dance School. The booking can be made in writing or electronically (via online registration form).

Upon all bookings, Habaneando Dance School promptly confirms receipt of the booking electronically. This acknowledgment of receipt does not yet constitute a booking confirmation. The contract between Habaneando Dance School and the customer is automatically concluded upon receipt of a booking confirmation.

Habaneando Dance School sends this confirmation electronically via email or by postal mail.

Payment

Upon receiving the booking confirmation from Habaneando Dance School, a 20% deposit is due within 10 days. The remaining balance is due 35 days before the start of the trip. All payments are made via bank transfer to the bank account of Habaneando Dance School. For bookings made after the registration deadline, the full booking amount is due within seven days for participation to be guaranteed. There is no entitlement to travel services or the handing over of travel documents without full payment of the booking price. If the customer does not make the payment according to the above conditions, Habaneando Dance School is entitled to withdraw from the travel contract without notice or other correspondence and/or charge the customer with cancellation fees.

Cancellation by the Customer before the Trip/Cancellation Costs

The customer can cancel the trip booking at any time before the trip starts. The cancellation must be communicated in writing to the tour organizer at the address specified in these conditions. If the customer cancels the trip before the start or does not commence the trip, the staggered cancellation fees below come into effect. The refund is calculated based on the date of receipt of the cancellation/declaration of withdrawal by the customer (receipt at Habaneando Dance School) and is as follows:

Cancellation costs up to 30 days before the trip = 30% of the booking amount

Cancellation costs from 30 days before the trip = 60% of the booking amount

Cancellation costs from 10 days before the trip = 100% of the booking amount

Customer Financial Protection

The customer is strongly advised to take out travel cancellation insurance as well as insurance to cover repatriation costs in case of accident or illness. If the trip does not take place due to force majeure, the participant's claim for reimbursement is limited to the paid booking price. Further claims are not permissible.

Changes to Booking

After the contract is concluded, the customer has no entitlement to make changes to the trip (changes to booking).

Unused Services

If the customer does not use individual travel services, they have no entitlement to a partial refund of the booking costs.

Travel Documents (Passport/ID)

The customer is responsible for their arrival. Incurred cancellation costs due to reasons of failed or delayed arrival are entirely at the customer's expense.
